Important Information:

  Credit card number and card verification value are required for credit card orders.  
  The company is unable to offer refunds on software, services, or custom items.

  1.  Business hours are Monday--Friday, 9AM-5PM Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.
   2.  For physical shipment, orders are usually not processed earlier than next business day.
   3.  For downloadable software programs, license pack is usually sent within 1 business day of order.  
   4.  For downloadable software scripts, script is usually sent within 1 hour of order. 
   5.  For custom item or service, delivery times are variable.  
   6.  If your Cart includes download and ship items, download items appear on Order Ship page.
   7.  If your Cart includes only download items, these appear on Order Download page.
   8.  Download items will be sent FREE by internet.  You will not be charged for shipping for download items.

   To pay by check, money order, or wire transfer, contact Custom Speech USA by phone, fax, mail, email.
   Orders will normally ship within 8 business days of payment by check, and 2 business days of payment by
   money order or wire transfer.  A service charge of $15.00 will be added to all orders.  All checks, money
   orders, and wire transfers must be drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank.

   Attention INTERNATIONAL Customers: Because the company may not be able to verify address information,
   the company may require that you fax or email a copy of front and back of your credit card, AND a copy of
   government issued ID (e.g., passport or drivers license) before order fulfillment.
