Data Transfer
The Data Transfer Add-In is designed for easy import/export of data to and from the Command!™ database.  It can be used with pre-existing databases and contact managers such Address Book in Outlook Express.  The Data Transfer Add-In can be used with any Command!™ version and is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions.

FTP Client
Internet files are automatically received and transferred from the Command!™ application via the Job Transfer server and placed in the appropriate Job Queues.  FTP Client provides for manual upload and download.  The FTP Client Add-In can be used with any Command!™ version and is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions.

Quick Approval
In the Command!™ system, jobs can be approved after review of each file.  Batch approval without review is available if necessary.  The Quick Approval Add-In can be used with any Command!™ version and is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions.

Reports
Command™ generates data about the activities in the workflow process, including time activity data for each user.  The Command!™ reports can be modified using Crystal Reports software.  With Crystal Enterprise, reports can be made available on a web browser for remote viewing. The Reports Add-In can be used with any Command!™ version.  It is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions.

Time and Billing
This feature permits automatic generation of spread sheets, time activity reports, invoices, and other billing information from the data generated by the workflow process.  The Time and Billing Add-In can be used with any Command!™  version.  It is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions.

Job Processor Client
The Job Processor server can be used to create conditional workflows and otherwise alter workflow sequence based upon job parameters.  The add-in installs as part of the Path
Perfect™ workflow designer.  The Job Processor Client Add-In is distributed with all Command!™ versions.

Notification Client
Command!™ can notify a system administrator or other user about workflow job status.  The Notification server sends messages based on the parameters configured in the Notification Client.  The client permits configuration of message content, recipient(s), message trigger event, and type of message sent (e.g., Windows message or email).  The Notification Client Add-In can be used with any Command!™ version with Path Perfect™ and is included in the Enterprise edition.

Request
The Request Add-In enables a remote operator to obtain information about existing jobs at a central location and request that the job and job information be sent by email to the remote office. The Request Add-In is included with all versions.

Software Macros
This feature permits the operator to launch a macro from the Command!™ toolbar independent of any activity or workflow.  The Software Macros Add-In is included with all versions.  The feature may also be implemented through the Script Tool™.

Forms Transfer for PDA (currently not available)
Download forms and data from Palm Pilot into Command!™ workflow system.  Use with other Palm OS compatible PDAs. Integrates with award-winning Pendragon Forms system to create data collection systems for the Palm computing platform.  Custom configuration required for specialized forms.  Available by special order only.

Web Application
This add-in supports a browser-based web application for manual upload and download of job files and manual editing of works in progress.  The add-in includes a single license for web services.  The web application is licensed based upon the number of concurrent sessions per database.  The Web Application is bundled with Web Reports.

Web Reports
This add-in is included in the Web Application and uses Crystal Reports.  The web reports tool  can be installed on a web server running Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) or other host server.  Access Web Reports from a browser window and use your existing Command!™  User Name and Password to logon. Create various reports, including:

This add-in provides documentation for the most commonly used database tables and objects.  It is designed for system administrators, developers, and others who are using Command! advanced scripting tools.  SDK includes Command!™ Application API and Command!™ Objects.  Application API chapters include Objects, Methods, Properties, and Enumerations.  Objects chapters include Objects, Methods, Properties, Events, and Enumerations.
