Auto Signature

Job Processor
The Job Processor server permits creation of conditional workflows based upon job parameters.  This permits customized routing of job files based on user, author, job number, and other conditions.  Included with Enterprise edition, it may be purchased separately.

The Job Transfer server encrypts job files and transfers them automatically between Command!™ databases through email or FTP.  Job Transfer server is included with all Command!™ versions.

Web Transfer
 The Web Transfer server encrypts job files and transfer them automatically between Command!™ databases through web services.  Download Command! for the Web from Downloads to install this feature.  Single client license for Web Transfer server is included with all Command!™ versions.  Web Transfer server requires at least one license for Web Services.  Web Transfer runs with central database and at least one remote database.  The Web Application is designed for use with a central database.  It may be used to manually upload and download one or more job files.

Web Services
 Includes web services, web server, and utility configuration tool.   Download Command! for the Web from Downloads to install this feature.  Web services may run with web (host) server
utility or Microsoft Information Internet Services (IIS).  One separate web transfer server is required for each separate Command! database.  An unlimited number of concurrent sessions are available with Web Services included with Command! Professional and Enterprise.

Notification
Command!™ can notify a system administrator or other user about workflow job status.  The Notification server sends messages based on the parameters configured in the Notification Client.  The client permits configuration of message content, recipient(s), trigger event using select criteria form, and type of message sent (e.g., Windows message or email).  Included with Enterprise edition, it may be purchased separately.

Document Processor
This powerful tool can be used to post-process text documents, including text insertion or deletion and data extraction.  When used in conjunction with advanced speech processing applications, it becomes a powerful program for processing of data entry by voice. Includes configuration client.  Included with Enterprise edition, it may be purchased separately.

File Monitor
This server periodically queues a folder for the presence of selected files.  Files are then processed in Command!™ workflow system and may be put on mail or FTP server to be accessed by external network. Included with Enterprise edition, it may be purchased separately.
