My Speech Teacher™
includes the versatile
SpeechMax™
session file editor software, plus electronic files of words, phrases, and
sentences for training phonics. It also includes tools for automating the
grading of student pronunciation using advanced patented and patents pending
file compare technology. This is an advanced program that will
enable you to create customizable, interactive phonics lessons, review a
student's recorded audio with simple playback controls, and quickly grade the
results. And many students will enjoy learning their lessons using
desktop software and the web.
This speech package offers electronic materials to teach guided reading,
phonemic awareness, reading comprehension, reading fluency, alphabet, and
vocabulary--the basics of articulatory and auditory phonetics for elementary
school. The software permits the teacher to create customized teaching resources for interactive
phonetic exercises for elementary students, leveled books, lesson plans,
worksheets, and reading assessments. You can also load examples of day-to-day
classroom reading and testing material, and create hyperlinks to one or more of
the many websites that provide interactive phonics instruction on the web.
Using this software you can quickly grade a student's pronunciation and other
exercises and automatically determine accuracy levels. Foot pedal control
may be used for playback.
