August 2007 LABOR DAY -- IN HONOR OF WORKING AMERICANS WHO GET THE JOB DONE NEW: "DIVIDE" AND "DIVIDE AND SCRAMBLE" WITH SPEECHMAX™ To get a long transcription or editing job done quickly, use the new SpeechMax™ patents pending "divide" feature. Use with a variety of session files, including speech recognition with the Dragon speech engine. With this feature, break up a session file into two or more child session files for multiparty transcription or editing. After return, merge the processed child session files into a final transcribed session file. A neat trick to reduce turnaround time. Further, confidentiality and privacy are often a concern. With the ScrambledSpeech™ feature, reduce disclosure to any one party by scrambling the segments. In one approach, scramble segments sent to a single transcriptionist or editor. In another approach, divide the original session file into two or more child session files and scramble the segments sent to each location. Using integrated merge and unscramble features, it is a snap to collect the two or more processed child session files and reassemble the final, processed session file into the same order as the original file. You can also protect files with SpeechCensor™ to selectively delete confidential text and audio (e.g., patient or client names). All features are included with the "Full" edition for only $199.
