This section will lead you through the process of installing, modifying, repairing, and removing Command! Call Center. If you downloaded this version of Command! Call Center, double-click on the install file, then skip to step 4.
1. Load into the CD-ROM drive and install. This screen should appear:

Note: If the install demo fails to run, double-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop. Locate the CD-ROM drive in the window. Double-click on the drive letter to display the CD disk contents. Double-click on the file setup.exe. |
2. Click Install.

3. Click Install Command! Call Center, this will load the Command! Call Center install program.

Note: If needed, click on any of the prerequisites to install them. |
4. Click Next.

5. Read Me First screen, read the information and then click Next when you are ready to proceed.

6. Select Agree if you agree to the terms and then click Next.

7. Select a setup type, then click Next. If you are not using a custom installation, skip to step 10.

Note: If Command! is not installed on the system do not attempt install Command! Call Center server. It will not work. |

8. Select the installation folder by clicking the Change... Select the components you wish to install by clicking on the icon next to the item. When finished, click Next.
The options available when using the custom installation, are the following:

9. Click Install, Command! Call Center will then begin to install.

10. When installation is finished, click Finish. You may be asked to restart the computer after installation is completed.
Modify - Use Modify if there are minimal changes to the previously installed program that you would like to make.

Note: If you downloaded your version of Command! Call Center, modify and repair will not work. |
1. Double-click on My Computer
2. Double-click on Control Panel
3. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
4. Find Command! Call Center in the list, then click the Change button.
5. Select Modify from the list, then click Next.

6. Select the components you wish to keep or remove, then click Next.

Repair - Use Repair to reinstall the same components installed by a previous setup.

1. Double-click on My Computer
2. Double-click on Control Panel
3. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
4. Find Command! Call Center in the list, then click the Change button.
5. Select Repair from the list, then click Next.

Remove - Use Remove to remove all installed components, or remove and install a new version or program components substantially different from the initial installation.

Note: As a general rule, if the changes are substantial or there may be corrupted files, use the Remove function to remove installed components and start with a clean install. |

Note: Command! MUST be installed in order to uninstall Command! Call Center from a system. |
1. Double-click on My Computer
2. Double-click on Control Panel
3. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
4. Find Command! Call Center in the list, then click the Remove button.
5. Click OK.
