Start and stop the Command! Call Center through the Server Manager.

The following window will appear after Command! Call Center is opened:

Enable/Not Enabled.  For full function, a started server must be enabled.  The "stoplight" toggle button indicates three states of the server function (RED-disabled, YELLOW-in the process of enabling or disabling, GREEN-enabled).

To disable the server application, open the file menu and click exit, or, click anywhere on the "stoplight."  If the server is enabled, it will be disabled. If it is disabled, it will be enabled.

Check the Automatically Enable Server on Startup checkbox to have the Command! Call Center server enabled (functioning) when the server is started.  If unchecked, the Command! Call Center can start, but be in "not enabled" mode.

Menu - The menu items include File, View, and Help with the following functions:

File

Exit

View

Line Status and Log

Help

Help files, License Information, About

File permits exit from the application:

The View menu is used to turn on the Line Status and Log.

Line Status and Log - The Log contains information about lines in use and records history of each call and is viewed in the VBVLog window. This is a separate program that must be shut down independently of Command! Call Center. Consult VBVLog Help for further information.

Help. The Help menu contains:  Help files, License Information, and About.

License Information permits you to obtain information about the Licensed Owner (including features), License Information (including license number), and Properties (including License ID, Computer ID, and Domain ID).

About provides information about the version of the software loaded on your system. This is important when communicating with Custom Speech USA, Inc.

Log Information - This window contains a log of the calls and activities that occur in Command! Call Center when the server is running.

The Log Information window contains three fields explained below:

Message

Gives information on each event that has occurred in Command! Call Center.

Channel

Tells which channel the event has occurred on. Each channel represents a different phone line.

Date

The day and time of the logged event.

General - This provides general information and permits the operator to reset Log to File.

Log To File - If not selected, a telephone log will be generated and displayed, but not written (saved) to file. The saved logs will go to a file in C:\Program Files\Custom Speech USA\Command Call Center\<yyyy><mm><dd>_<hhmmss>.log and can be viewed in Notepad.

Reset Log File Button - If the Log to File box is checked, the log will be saved indefinitely.  The saved file will continue to grow.  Click on the Reset Log File button to empty the log file.  All old data will be lost unless previously archived.

Always show Line Status and Log application - Will automatically start VBVLog application when enabling the Command! Call Center server, and will remain running while the server is active.
