Custom Speech USA, Inc. provides products and services for dictation and transcription, speech recognition, workflow and document management, and computer telephony. Command!™ Call Center has information, message, and dictation centers. It is integrated with the patent pending Command!™ workflow, document retrieval, and time tracking system. This permits telephone messages and dictation to be easily routed within any Command! workflow. Two-calls can be recorded with the line tap feature. Additional features, such as interactive voice response (IVR), custom touch-tone activation (DTMF), Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), web integration, and others, are available with custom programming services. Contact Custom Speech USA™ for details. Command!™ Call Center has a configuration client and server. If the Client has been installed, it will be listed under the Command! Add-Ins menu. The Server contains the active components for the Information, Message, and Dictation Centers. It will not be listed under Add-Ins. The Client and Server components may be installed on the same or separate computers. Install prerequisites before installing and configuring Command!™ Call Center: Command!, telephony card and drivers, and telephony support software.
